We offer a repair/refurbishment service, colour coding and polishing for all types of alloy wheels.
The process is simple:
Repair and Refurbishments
- Wheels are removed from your vehicle by a Pentagon technician.
- Tyres are deflated and pushed away from the alloy rims.
- All Damage(s) are repaired using various processes.
- Alloy wheels are primer coated to prevent corrosion.
- Alloy wheels are painted to match the original or the colour of your choice.
- A clear lacquer is sprayed on to Alloy wheels.
- Each Alloy is baked until fully dry.
- Tyres are then inflated and refitted to your vehicle.

A Pentagon Technician will carry out a full Inspection of the repaired alloy wheel to ensure that there are no defects.
